4. Payment Processing:

DashPay provides real-time or near real-time payment processing services over the internet, with a high level of service availability. The services include reconciliation for transactions processed and settled through DashPay, matching transactions with settlements received from relevant acquirers and scheme owners. All card-not-present transactions will be processed through the hosted payment page, while point-of-sale transactions will be processed through DashPay's approved POS terminal. If funds are settled directly to the merchant, reconciliation services will not be available unless otherwise agreed upon. The merchant is responsible for providing all necessary data for each transaction submitted for processing, including fraud checks.

5. Merchant Registration and KYC Check:

To comply with anti-terrorism, financial services, and other applicable laws, the merchant must provide registration information about itself and its activities when entering into the merchant agreement and on request from DashPay. The merchant must also provide updated information and additional documentation if requested. DashPay may perform checks on the merchant's identity, creditworthiness, and background through relevant registries and governmental authorities. DashPay's acceptance of the merchant is limited to the use of services for payment of the merchant's own products and services. The merchant may not resell the services to third parties.

6. Fraud Control All transactions processed by DashPay:

All transactions processed by DashPay will be screened by the Fraud Control Tool, which assigns a score to each transaction based on the likelihood of fraud. The Merchant is responsible for configuring the scoring values; however, DashPay reserves the right to change these values if they pose an unacceptable risk. DashPay also reserves the right to cancel transactions if there is suspicion of fraud.
